Adoption Advocates International is an experienced adoption agency committed to finding permanent adoptive homes for children in need with special concern for finding families for children with disabilities, medical issues or who are older or in sibling groups. AAI provides caring, respectful services to both the adoptive parents and the children. AAI can place children with American parents living anywhere, if they have a local social worker or agency who can provide homestudy and postplacement services. Fees are kept as low as possible to allow as many families as possible to adopt the many available children. Providing services in a timely manner is also important to AAI. AAI provides services and support in many ways to orphan children who are not adopted and may never be adopted though sponsorships and other projects. We ask that adoptive parents be prepared to assist in some way.
