Kids To Adopt is a fully licensed, Hague Accredited, not for profit child placing agency located in the state of Washington. Kids To Adopt was founded by adoptive parents who have been through the experience of both international and domestic adoption. Our staff members have several years experience working in the adoption field. We can work with families who live in any state or with U.S. citizens living outside the USA.
