About Me
I've been "thinking of adopting" ever since I was about 10 years old. I've been married to my DH since 1984, and we have two adult, married daughters and one lovely granddaughter. So far DH has not shared my adoption vision with me. I'm not sure in which direction it may lead, if any. We did do infant foster parenting when our girls were small, but my real dream has been to adopt waiting, special needs children from overseas. With each passing year the dream fades a little, but I'm not sure if it will ever completely disappear. I wish everyone in the adoption community the very best! |
